By 1996, after nearly a decade of hard work and perseverance, Hetong had accumulated his first significant capital from running his store. Recognizing new opportunities, he shifted his focus toward manufacturing. He discovered a growing demand for electric fish machines and began producing them. These machines quickly became popular and achieved notable success across northern Guangdong throughout the 1990s.

This milestone marked a turning point—transforming Hetong from a small-town retailer into an entrepreneur with vision and innovation. It set the stage for the family’s continued expansion into new industries, eventually leading to the creation of Wonder Industrial, a company driven by the same spirit of determination, adaptability, and forward thinking that began in a humble home decades earlier.
